French, Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at 140p per Share on 01 October 2008.  Following this transaction Ms. French is interested in 7,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
