DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today received notification that Mr L J D Arnold, Non-Executive
Director, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares')
at 173p per Share on 26 November 2007. Following this transaction Mr Arnold is
interested in 71,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
