Application has been made to the Financial Services
Authority and The London Stock Exchange for 533,980 ordinary
shares of 10p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the
existing shares in issue, have been allotted in part
consideration for the acquisition of H & C Moore Limited.
