                         T. CLARKE PLC ('the Company')

                               ADDITIONAL LISTING
                                        
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for 496,983 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares')
to be admitted to the Offical List and to trading on the main market of the
London Stock Exchange, issued in satisfaction of vendor considerations.

The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares
and dealings are expected to commence on Friday 14 January 2005. Following
admission of the Shares, the Company will have 13,315,963 ordinary shares in
issue.
