Notification of First Quarter 2017 Financial Results

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its consolidated financial results for the first quarter 2017 will be published on Monday, 22 May 2017. 

The management team will host a conference call on the day to discuss the results. Full details of the event will be published in due course.
