TBC Bank Group PLC announces appointment to Board Committees TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that the existing Independent Non-executive Director, Abhijit Akerkar, has been appointed as a member of Risk Committee effective from 16 December 2020. I n line with TBC's "Mirror Board" policy, Mr. Akerkar serves as the member of the Supervisory Board of JSC TBC Bank ("TBC Bank") and has also been appointed to the equivalent committee of the Supervisory Board of TBC Bank.
