ordinary shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Average price per share:                    191.696p


Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.


Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 77,727,469 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,080,567,239 ordinary shares in issue.
