ordinary shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Number of ordinary shares purchased:                2,157,810

Average price per share:                            198p


Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 96,995,927 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,061,298,781 ordinary shares in issue.
