ordinary shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Highest price paid per share:               350p

Lowest price paid per share:                344.75p

Average price per share:                    348.5719p


Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 14,940,275 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,143,343,132 ordinary shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares).
