Average price per share:                  287.9592p

Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.


Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 57,437,494 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,100,857,214 ordinary shares in issue.
