In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1 we hereby notify that the company's issued share capital consists of:

Voting Rights
The total number of voting rights in Taylor Wimpey plc is therefore 3,196,698,822 shares.

The above figure of 3,196,698,822 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, shares of Taylor Wimpey plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

It should be noted that the total voting rights figure stated in the announcement released by the Company at 08:18 on 1 June 2009 (3,196,968,822) contained a small typographical error and should therefore be disregarded in place of the above figure.
