Voting Rights
As a result, the total number of voting rights in Taylor Wimpey plc is the net
of these two figures, that is 1,146,050,360 shares.

The above figure of 1,146,050,360 shares may be used by shareholders, as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, shares
of Taylor Wimpey plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
