Taylor Wimpey plc ("the Company") announces that Kevin Beeston has today acquired 300,000 Taylor Wimpey ordinary shares at 34.0589p per share. As announced on 14th May 2010, Kevin will join the Company as Chairman with effect from 1st July 2010.
