                  COMPLETION OF SALE OF ST KATHARINE'S ESTATE

Taylor Woodrow announces today the completion of the sale of St Katharine's
Estate.

Further to the announcement on 27th February, 2004, £166.3 million in cash has
been received for the sale of St Katharine's Estate.

It is anticipated that £117.0 million will be received on completion of the K2
development property, which remains scheduled for late December 2004 or January
2005.
