Taylor Woodrow plc ('the Company') hereby advises that on 16th November, 2000
Taylor Woodrow QUEST Trustee Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased on
the market 700,000 25p ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 180p per
share.
The shares have been acquired to meet outstanding options granted under the
Taylor Woodrow Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.
