FURTHER RE: APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE



Further to RNS announcement 4262L made earlier today in which Taylor Woodrow plc
('the company') announced the appointment of Ian R. Smith as Chief Executive
Officer with effect from January 2nd, 2007, the company advises that there are
no further matters relating to that appointment which it is obliged to disclose
under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
