£250,000,000 11.175% Bonds due 2012 (now named £250,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2012) (ISIN: XS0142298685) (the '2012 Bonds') and
£200,000,000 10.925% Bonds due 2019 (now named £200,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2019) (ISIN: XS0193226965) (the '2019 Bonds')

Following the interest rate adjustments in relation to the 2012 Bonds and the 2019 Bonds on 6 August 2009, the 2012 Bonds have been renamed the '£250,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2012' and the 2019 Bonds have been renamed the '£200,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2019' with effect from and including 24 August 2009.
