Further Listing

Application has been made for a block listing of 3,050,000 new ordinary shares
of 25 pence each of Taylor Woodrow plc to be admitted to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These
shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

3,000,000 of these ordinary shares are to be issued as a result of future
exercises of options under the Taylor Woodrow Executive Share Option Plan, with
the remaining 50,000 ordinary shares to be issued from time to time as long
service awards under the Taylor Woodrow long service award scheme.
