Bright Things Plc announces that at its AGM, held today, all the resolutions put
to the meeting were passed.



The company also announces that Greg Ingham has today stepped down as a
non-executive director. He is unable to continue due to his other commitments at
MediaClash. The Board wishes to thank Greg for his contribution.
