Company's recent placing of ordinary shares, NewSmith UK Hedge Master Fund Ltd
now has an interest of 800,000 shares in the Company, representing 4.06 per cent
of the issued share capital.
                                                   

Cane Capital Management LLP, following a purchase of 813,333 shares in the
Company's recent placing of ordinary shares, Cane Master Fund Limited now has an
interest of 813,333 shares in the Company, representing 4.13 per cent of the
issued share capital.
