Appointment of Finance Director

The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett Morris as Finance Director, taking over from Edward Levey. We would like to thank Edward for his great contribution to Bright Things since the company transitioned itself from the iDVD marketplace to the social networking industry and moved from a development phase to an income generating SaaS.

Brett Plunkett Morris, 41,  is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in Financial and Operational Management.  Having spent the first 10 years of his career in banking specialising in mergers and acquisitions and debt financing for companies, Brett obtained an MBA from the London Business School. He moved into private equity, where he used his experience to assist companies in growing and developing their businesses.  During this time he also focussed on company performance monitoring and management where he gained experience in strategic development, business planning and execution as well as general management.

There is  no other information required to be disclosed in relation to Mr Morris under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
