Subject: Order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in the matter of Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Tata Steel Limited and The Tinplate Company of India Limited and their respective shareholders

This is further to our disclosures dated September 22, 2022, June 28, 2023 and
October 20, 2023 in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Tata Steel Limited and The Tinplate Company of India Limited and their respective shareholders ('Scheme of Amalgamation'), under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules framed thereunder.

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench had pronounced the order on October 20, 2023, approving the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation.

This is to inform you that the Company has received the certified true copy of the abovementioned order on November 1, 2023 and the same is enclosed herewith.
