                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company was notified on 21 September 2006 by Adam Kaye, a non-executive
director of the Company, that as a result of his marriage on 17 September 2006,
his beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 5,226,742 ordinary
shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 22.94 per
cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.

Prior to this notification, Mr A. Kaye had a holding of 5,188,280 Ordinary
Shares, representing 22.77 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary
share capital.
