Further to this morning's announcement regarding a successful placing of
2,545,758 new ordinary shares, raising £4.2 million (before expenses), the
Company wishes to provide the following update on current trading as described
in the circular posted to shareholders today.

Trading since 31 March 2002 has been in line with management expectations.
Recently Philips DAP B.V. Drachten has extended its committed order with the
Company to the end of October 2002 and additional orders have been secured with
other well known organisations.
