                               Placing - up date


On 19th December 2005, the Company announced a conditional placing of 9,100,000
new ordinary shares at 20p per share. The announcement should have referred to a
placing of 8,076,086 new ordinary shares. Dealings are expected to commence on
21 December 2005.
