Notifiable Interest
The Company was notified yesterday that following the purchase of 120,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 5 September 2001, portfolios
under the management of Exeter Asset Management Limited together have a
notifiable interest in 770,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
representing 6.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
