Notifiable Interest
The Company was notified on 27 July 2001 that following the purchase of 20,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 26 July 2001, portfolios under
the management of Exeter Asset Management Limited together have a notifiable
interest in 640,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing
5.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
