                         $2.7 MILLION LICENSE AGREEMENT

                 FOR COMELEON'S 3D IMAGEBOX WITH US DISTRIBUTOR





comeleon plc, the imaging technology company, has agreed a distribution license
worth USD$2,730,000 with Tropical Graphics, a distributor of inks and hardware
into the corporate gifts and promotional products market in the USA.  The
agreement with Tropical Graphics comprises a 12 month distribution licence for
comeleon's 3D ImageBox in the USA.  


comeleon will supply 3D Imageboxes and consumables to Tropical Graphics for
distribution in this market sector, which was valued at over $17 Billion in
2001.



This is the second significant agreement for the distribution of the 3D ImageBox
and follows on from the contract with Listawood announced last month which is
worth £1 million.
