The Directors of Tanfield announce that after gifting 6,484,365 ordinary shares
to adult members of his immediate family and to a number of charities on Monday
13 June 2005, Mr Roy Stanley now holds 32,376,214 shares in the Tanfield Group.
This represents 20.05% of the total equity of the Group.
