                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company was notified yesterday that Roy Stanley, a Director of the Company,
yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9 pence per share.

Mr Stanley's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 4,440,762
shares representing 29.02 per cent. of the issued share capital.
