                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING



The Company was notified today that Brendan Campbell, a Director of the Company,
yesterday purchased 6,000 ordinary 10p shares at a market price of 80.5 pence
per share.  Mr Campbell now has an interest in 6,000 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 0.23 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
