The Company was notified on Friday 28 February that Kevin Murtagh, a Director of
the Company, purchased 9,000 ordinary shares at a price of 10.75 pence per
share.


Mr Murtagh's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 15,187 shares
representing 0.10 per cent. of the issued share capital.
