Director's Shareholding
The Company announces that it was notified yesterday that Mr Douglas Smith a
director of the Company, purchased on 29 March 2001, 7,800 ordinary shares at
a price of 162 pence per share. His resultant holding is 38,104 ordinary
shares representing 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
