                                 Results of EGM


At the EGM of Tandem Group held today, the resolution put to the meeting was
passed.  Accordingly the acquisition of the Ben Sayers golf business will be
completed and the 49,000,000 new ordinary shares placed at 5p per share are
expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 25 February 2002.
