Director Dealing and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that Steve Grant, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has exercised 40,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 127.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Options Exercise").

The Options Exercise will be satisfied from existing Ordinary Shares held in treasury. As a result, the Company continues to have a total of 6,013,480 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying the right to one vote, with 729,364 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 5,284,116.  

The above figure of 5,284,116 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In addition to the Option Exercise, Mr Grant has disposed of a total of 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 520 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the transactions described above, Mr. Grant's interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares has increased to 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.7% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
