                                  Resignation of Director

The Board of Traction announce that Mr Renwick Haddow has resigned as non-
executive Director with immediate effect. The  Company wishes to thank Mr Haddow
for his help and contribution to the Company, particularly through the period of
the  Company's admission to AIM.

Mr Haddow is now resigning to concentrate on his other business activities.
