t42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc (AIM: TRAC) ("t42" or the "Company"), which provides real-time tracking, security, and monitoring solutions for the global supply chain, logistics, container and freight market , announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting has been published and is available on the Company's website at: http://www.t42.co.uk/ . 

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. BST on 6 October 2022 at 96 Dereh Ramataim, Hod Ha'Sharon, Israel.
