Notice is hereby given that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at
Unit 6, Spring Copse Business Park, Slinfold, Horsham West Sussex RH13 0SZ on
Thursday 17 January 2008 at 12pm.

Copies of the notice of Annual General Meeting including details of resolutions
to be proposed and forms of proxy have been sent to shareholders with the Annual
report and Accounts.
