Directors Dealings

BrainJuicer Group PLC, (AIM: BJU), a leading international online market
research agency, was today informed that John Kearon, Chief Executive Officer,
has today purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 149.5p per Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction,
Mr. Kearon is interested in 5,664,187 Ordinary Shares, representing 45.03% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.'
