Change of accounting reference date

The Company today announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 March.

BrainJuicer's Board has taken the decision to change the accounting reference date and financial year-end from 31 December to 31 March due to the traditionally very busy final 4-6 weeks of the calendar year, which are also the final weeks of BrainJuicer's current financial year.  As a result of this change, BrainJuicer's next three financial reporting events will be as follows:

I.    Unaudited results for the 6 months to 30 June 2016 to be announced by the end of September 2016

II.    Unaudited results for the 12 months to 31 December 2016 to be announced by the end of March 2017

III.   Audited accounts for the 15 months to 31 March 2017 to be announced and published by the end of June 2017

Thereafter, BrainJuicer will revert to a normal biannual reporting calendar based on a 31 March financial year-end.
