                                  Block Listing


The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 500,000
ordinary shares of 1p each.  These shares, which rank equally with the existing
ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with
the exercise of options under the BrainJuicer Group PLC Employee Share Option
Scheme.  It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 28
February 2008.
