Directors' Grant of Options 

The Company announces that on 30 November 2009, pursuant to the System C Company Share Option Plans (the "CSOP") the following directors of the Company were granted options over a total of 2,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Options") as detailed below:

The Options will vest upon the Company achieving certain performance criteria as determined by the Remuneration Committee in accordance with the rules of the CSOP.

Following the Grant of the Options the beneficial interests of Ian Denley and Markus Bolton in the Company are:

In addition, the Company has today granted options pursuant to the CSOP over a further 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to certain other members of the senior management of System C.  These options are exercisable between 30 November 2012 and 29 November 2019, at a price of 60.5p per Ordinary Share.

These options will also vest subject to the achievement of performance criteria as required under the rules of the CSOP.
