             System C Healthcare plc ("System C" or "the Company")

                                Grant of options

The Company announces that it has today granted options over 300,000 new
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to Andrew Coll, Finance Director of
System C. These options have been granted under the System C Healthcare plc
Company Share Option Plan and are exercisable between 24 May 2009 and 23 May
2016 at a price of 23.5p per share.
