The Company announces that it has today granted options over 450,000 new
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These options have been granted to
staff under the System C Healthcare plc Company Share Option Plan and are
exercisable between 6th July 2010 and 5th July 2017 at a price of 34p per share.
