Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the
London Stock Exchange for 5,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("
New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is
expected that Admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on
Monday 6 March 2006.
