Further to the announcement by Yule Catto on 24 March 2000 that conditional
contracts had been exchanged with CRH plc to sell its rooflights businesses in
the UK, Eire, Germany and the Netherlands, Yule Catto is pleased to announce
that the sale was completed yesterday.
