Yule Catto announces that the sale of the business of Kimmenade Nederland BV
was completed on Wednesday 5 July 2000.

The company which specialises in flat roof waterproofing was sold for ?3.75
million paid in cash at completion, and the sale completes the disposal of
Yule Catto's continental European building product activities.
