Yule Catto & Co plc (the 'Company' or 'Yule Catto') announces that Sean Cummins,
Finance Director, has resigned from the Company with immediate effect.  A search
for his successor is underway.  In the interim, Andrew Burnett, Group Financial
Controller, will become acting Finance Director.  Andrew, a Chartered
Accountant, has been with Yule Catto for 14 years and Group Financial Controller
for the last 12 years.



For the first two months of 2007, trading is in line with expectations and there
has been no change to the outlook as set out in the Company's preliminary
results announced on 7 March 2007.



Yule Catto thanks Sean for his contribution to the Company over the last 7
years.
