Yule Catto & Co plc ("the Company") announces that Graham Menzies has resigned as an independent non-executive director, with effect from today's date, for personal reasons. The Company will appoint a replacement independent non-executive director in due course.

The Board would like to thank Graham for his contribution to the Group and to wish him well for the future.
