Yule Catto is an international producer of speciality chemicals, which are
supplied to global customers, ranging from manufacturers of medical gloves,
paint and adhesives to the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries

Yule Catto is today hosting a meeting for analysts in Milan, Italy, and will be
giving a presentation focused on its Pharma & Fine Chemicals division. This will
be followed by a site visit to its Italian manufacturing unit, Uquifa Italy
S.p.a.

At the meeting, Yule Catto management will comment on trading conditions in
2004, as highlighted in the Chairman's Statement to the Annual General Meeting
on 20 May, and discuss its generic development programme.
